Delicious home based Briyani Recipe
Onion -1
Tomato -2
Green Chilly -1
Ginger
(palm size) -1
Garlic
(7-8 cloves)-1
masala spices

How to prepare
*fry garlic,ginger,masala spices,big jeera and grind it.
*Heat oil in a tawa,add onion,green chilli,grinded masala and fry it till u get nice smell *now add tomato,add turmeric powder(half tea spoon),red chilli powder,fry till the tomatoes are nicely mashed.
*To make chicken/mutton briyani, must add soup water instead of water.
*to make vegetable briyani add beans,carrot,peas along with the fried items and put into cooker. 2 whistle is enough to cook.
